World History Seminar Series: Cross-Cultural Trade in Pre-Modern Times

McClatchy HS Media Center

In the second seminar, Professor Dym from Sacramento State's History department will share his expertise in Asian civilizations. Jeffrey will select evidence from his own research to shed light on the extent of trade in pre-modern times. He will argue that global trade occurred much earlier than historians previously believed and share scholarly work and primary documents to support his interpretation.
