The Content, Literacy, Inquiry, & Citizenship Project (CLIC)

The History Project at UC Davis and the Yolo and Sutter County Offices of Education invite you to join our History-Social Science (HSS) Community of Practice. Open to all K-12 History-Social Science Teachers, Instructional Coaches, Administrators, and Paraprofessionals. This exciting opportunity will include:

~ Planning for HSS Framework implementation ~
~ Strategies to improve students' literacy ~
~ Focus on inquiry at the core of instruction ~
~ Methods to promote civic engagement ~
~ Networking ~

 

Location: Yolo County Office of Education, 1280 Santa Anita Court, Woodland, CA 95776

Dates: January 29, March 21, and May 2

Times: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Cost: FREE, substitutes available for first 25 teachers -- All substitutes have now been reserved. 

Includes: Coffee, lunch, and materials

Registration: We have reached capacity. We are no longer taking registrations.
