Teaching History Conference 2021 - Sponsors & Exhibitors

Sponsors and Exhibitors for the Teaching History Conference

We have a few options for those interested in becoming a sponsor or an exhibitor at the 2021 Teaching History Conference. 

Sponsor

As a Sponsor, your logo will be displayed prominently on the sponsor page and on a rotating carousel in the virtual lobby with a link to your organization’s web site. 

  • Cost: Free with the agreement to publicize the conference to your constituents by forwarding our email newsletter or by posting a graphic to your social media accounts. 

Exhibitor

As an Exhibitor, you will also have your logo displayed in all of the same spaces as the sponsors. Additionally, you will be able to set up a virtual booth on the virtual exhibit page where you can tell our audience about your organization, provide links to resources, and upload videos. There may also be limited opportunities to set up appointments to give a live presentation and/or set up meetings with participants during the breaks or lunch time. You can also set up a link to your own checkout page to be able to sell your products. Read the Accelevents Exhibitor description here, for more information. 

  • Small Exhibitor Virtual Booth
    • The small booth refers to the size of the logo on the exhibit web page. 
    • This booth will include registration for up to two team members to attend the conference sessions. 
    • If you want to host live meetings during the breaks or lunch, you'll need to provide your own zoom link. 
    • Cost: $250 (Special pricing is available for presenters) 
  • Medium Exhibitor Virtual Booth 
    • The medium booth refers to the size of the logo on the exhibit web page. Additionally these booths will be placed above any small booths on the web page.
    • This booth will include registration for up to four team members to attend the conference sessions. 
    • If you want to host live meetings during the breaks or lunch, you can either provide your own zoom link or use the built in Accelevents streaming service
    • Cost: $500. 
  • Large Exhibitor Virtual Booth
    • The large booth refers to the size of the logo on the exhibit web page. Additionally these booths will receive the most prominent placement at the top of the web page.
    • This booth will include registration for up to eight team members to attend the conference sessions. 
    • If you want to host live meetings or give a presentation during the breaks or lunch, you can either provide your own zoom link or use the built in Accelevents streaming service
    • Cost: $1,000.
